Live Free or Die Hard

I saw the new Die Hard Sunday afternoon. You already know what it's about, so I don't really have to share a whole lot of the story line, apparently all Die Hard movies are about the same.

This is the first Die Hard movie I've seen & I honestly liked it. Yes, it had bombs & exposions & people dying, but it was good. Bruce Willis was great of course & I also liked the "I Am Mac" guy. He did a really good job. The basic storyline of this one is about a group of hackers taking over US government operations. It was a little intense, but I managed. I'm usually not big on suspense, but this was ok.

Overall, it was really good & I would definitely recommend it. It was rated PG13, so not suitable for everyone, but my husband said it was a lot more tame than the other Die Hard movies. So, go see it!

Flip A Coin

Flip A Coin is an independent film that my husband & I rented at Blockbuster tonight. It's about two friends who are only interested in picking up women. They live together & one of them is supposed to go to Spain for a couple weeks & leave the other with a beautiful woman staying in his room. The friend misses his plane & interfers with the other guy's couple weeks with the pretty girl. However, the pretty girl wants their help with robbing her boss.

Yeah, it's a pretty crazy movie. However, it's very artsy, so I kind of liked it. It has no known actors & it's not made buy anyone you've ever heard of. But, I thought it was pretty enjoyable. And I liked that it wasn't too serious.

However, there's language & nudity & adult themes & all that. So it's not recommended to everyone for every event. But it's definitely a change from the norm.

Overall, I thought it was good. Rent it :)
